Terms and Conditions:
Registrations are accepted on a first-come-first-served basis. Your space in the workshop will be held when we receive your deposit.
Workshop enrollment is limited. Early registration is encouraged, as many workshops fill quickly. A waiting list is established if a workshop is filled. Workshops without sufficient enrollment may be cancelled.
Costs: Tuition for each workshop is noted in the workshop description. A non-refundable deposit of $100 per workshop must be submitted at the time of registration. Registration will be guaranteed when your deposit has been received.
The balance of the tuition is due no later than thirty days prior to the start of the workshop. If the balance has not been received by then, your credit card will be charged for the remaining balance.
Transfer, Cancellation & Refund Policies: You may transfer to another class up to 30 days before the class begins. A $50 fee will be charged for all transfers. If you are unable to attend your class, you must give 30 days notice for a refund, otherwise, tuition is nonrefundable. There are no refunds given for no shows or withdrawals after a workshop begins.
You will receive a full tuition refund if your workshop is canceled by PAPW. We urge all students to buy refundable airline tickets in case of workshop cancellations or other unforeseen changes.
